Around 20 nautical miles off the northern coast of Mallorca there is one of the best areas to fish for blue fin tuna in the Mediterranean, you are almost guaranteed a catch.  As you will find out, you are able to keep some of the fish you catch but any tuna fish under 30 kilograms (66 lbs) will have to be returned to the sea.

Sailing

Sailing is the art of controlling a boat with large (usually fabric) foils called sails. By changing the rigging, rudder, and sometimes the keel or centre board, a sailor manages the force of the wind on the sails in order to change the direction and speed of a boat. Mastery of the skill requires experience in varying wind and sea conditions, as well as knowledge concerning sailboats themselves.

Water skiing

Water Skiing is another way to have fun and get the adrenaline going. It is easier than it seems and is suitable to almost anybody. If you do decide to have a go then it is best to wear some form of clothing or even better a thin wetsuit.  The reason being that falling down (which invariably happens) at quite a fast speed, does tend to wear on the body when it is not clothed and can be quite painful.
